Domestic UK Shipping – Fast, Discreet & Secure
At UK Steroids Store, we specialize in domestic shipping within the United Kingdom from our UK-based warehouses. This means your order never leaves the country, significantly reducing delays, customs risks, and visibility.
We prioritize speed, discretion, and reliability for every package:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed before 2 PM are often shipped the same day.
- Delivery Time: Most domestic deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch. While we aim for fast on-time delivery, transit times can vary due to carrier volume, address accuracy, or unforeseen events.
- Discreet Packaging: All packages are sent in plain, unmarked envelopes or boxes with no indication of contents. Sender details are neutral or generic for maximum privacy.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for all orders (via email or your account dashboard) where available through our reliable domestic carriers.
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over £150. Flat rate of £10 for orders under £150 (applied at checkout).
Important Notes
We ship only within the United Kingdom. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
If your tracking shows an issue (e.g., undelivered after extended time), contact support with your order number and tracking details. We review lost or problematic shipments on a case-by-case basis and may offer a reship at our discretion (proof required, such as carrier confirmation of non-delivery).
