Returns, Refunds & Reship Policy

Our Policy Overview
Due to the nature of the products we sell (pharmaceutical-grade anabolic steroids, SARMs, HGH, PCT, etc.), we operate under a strict returns and refunds policy. All sales are final except in very limited circumstances outlined below.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect usage or misunderstanding of product information
- Personal preference or results not achieved
Products are non-returnable once shipped due to hygiene, safety, and legal considerations.
Exceptions – Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Shipments
If you receive:
- The wrong item(s)
- Damaged or broken packaging/product upon arrival
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with clear photos of the issue, your order number, and details. We will review and, if verified, arrange a replacement shipment or (in rare cases) a refund at our sole discretion.
Lost, Seized, or Non-Delivered Packages
Since we ship domestically within the UK, loss or seizure is extremely rare. However, in the unlikely event:
- Provide your tracking number and any official documentation from the carrier (e.g., proof of non-delivery or investigation outcome).
- Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- We investigate case-by-case and may offer a reship (free of charge) if the issue is confirmed to be on our end or the carrier’s. Reships are at our discretion and not guaranteed.
No cash refunds are issued for lost/seized packages without prior written agreement from us.
Refunds
Refunds (when approved) are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. We do not offer partial refunds or store credit unless explicitly agreed.
